No question is too small. Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often, so you can feel more prepared for your visit.
The best time to take a pregnancy test is after the first day of your missed period. This allows enough time for the pregnancy hormone (hCG) to reach detectable levels.
We offer confidential, lab-quality pregnancy tests with support from our trained medical staff so you can feel confident in your result.
A pregnancy test cannot give you the full picture.
A limited ultrasound provides more information about your pregnancy, including how far along you are, whether the pregnancy is located in the uterus, and how the pregnancy is developing.
After a confirmed positive pregnancy test, you may be eligible for a limited ultrasound. During your visit, a trained member of our medical team will perform the scan and walk you through what you are seeing.
Please bring a photo ID, such as a driver’s license or student ID, to your appointment.
You do not need to bring payment or insurance, since all our services are at no cost to you.
You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment if that feels right for you.
If you prefer to come on your own, that is completely okay. Your appointment is yours, and our team is here to support you either way.
